Elizabeth In Love

This past Saturday Jacklyn had the honour of assisting the beautiful Elizabeth Kaye of Elizabeth In Love They met when she photographed Jacklyn (see here, and, here) a few months ago, hit it off and have been friends ever since. She also did the photos for our Twitter account (thanks Beth!) Jacklyn adores weddings, and she was so honoured when then Megan Goodyear and Grayson Cappus (Now Mr. And Mrs. Cappus) agreed to let her document just how Beth gets the amazingly beautiful shots that she does.

What's so wonderful about Elizabeth is how she cares so much about the bride. She truly wants the Bride and Groom to have the most beautiful photos possible, to cherish for the rest of their lives. At times we found ourselves running through grassy fields (and subsequently tide-to-going bridal gowns) just to get the perfect photo. On this particular day, the task at hand was made easy because Mrs. Megan Cappus (are you used to it yet) is so stunningly beautiful—I`m not sure she knows how gorgeous she really is.

The reception was held at St. Gabriel’s Terrace in Toronto. I won't get to into it but the venue was stunning. There were these little seating areas all along the hall way, we love this masculine style library with leather, books, and fur (faux of course).

The candy station was so fun.  Each guest got a little box to fill with classic candies to take for the ride home.

The reception was cocktail style, there were three stations to choose from. Italian, Asian, and American Classic—each with its own original twist. It was so wonderful because it gave a chance for the couple to walk around, casually chat with guests.  Check out these cute take out boxes you got with pad thai.

The wedding cake was topped with a pair of handcuffs--personal touches that showed the couple wasn't trying to be too serious.

Later in the evening, the reception turned mascarade party. There were tons of masks for guests to choose from. Love!

Elizabeth always shoots with two photographers, Saturday was the lovely Shereen, to ensure every moment gets documented perfectly. Elizabeth is truly incredible not only is she an amazing photographer but she's genuine, kind, and one of the hardest working, career driven people we know. When you spend time with her you feel inspired to work hard at what you love. She is so young and definitely understands what brides want. Love you Elizabeth!
