From bodysuits to blouses, the lace-up look still reigned as the "it" neckline of the summer. You can thank Reformation for that. While I wasn't so bold as to try the styles that dipped as low as my belly button, I did discover this lace-up shift by 3.1 Phillip Lim that interpreted the trend in a more subtle way.
With an embroidered keyhole neckline and tassel ties, this tunic dress takes the plunge in just the right way. And while we aren't far off from cooler weather, it is still sweltering hot here. So I'm wearing mine with my favourite leather sandals by ATP Atelier for now. With the boxy cut, and wide sleeves, I can picture layering this piece well into the fall.
