When I discovered that BRIKA's holiday pop-up shop in Yorkdale had a beautiful event space for workshops, I couldn't resist signing up for one. Last week I joined DeLight Floral Design and one of my fave DIY bloggers, Natalie Ho of My Little Secrets, for a holiday centrepiece workshop.
The night was a total delight. I met Jen Lee Koss and Kena Paranjape, the founders of Toronto based e-tailer, BRIKA. I've frequented their online shop since its early days, and I love seeing them expand as a shopping destination.
The holiday pop-up at Yorkdale is stocked with well-crafted gifts from a community of makers and designers. I prefer shopping local for the holidays. You'll truly find unique and meaningful gifts to give your friends and family. There's also a gift wrapping station and a darling cafe serving hot apple cider and baked goods from Moo Milk Bar. Us gals had a great time making and shopping for the holidays with BRIKA.
