1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice (approximately 3-4 blood oranges)
4 tablespoons honey rosemary simple syrup (you can adjust this to your taste)
Honey-Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 cup honey
1 cup water
4 sprigs fresh rosemary (you can substitute with thyme as well!)
1. Bring the water and honey to a boil in a saucepan. Add three sprigs of rosemary. Thyme is a lovely substitute as well! Set aside to cool on the stove for fifteen minutes and then discard the rosemary.
2. In a pitcher, combine the blood orange juice and sparkling water. Add the simple syrup to taste. You may prefer it sweeter or not. Poor over ice into glasses and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
